Natalia Matveeva is the Board Member since the company foundation in 2002. As the Head of Human Resources Department, she is responsible for development and implementation of the company's HR strategy, recruiting coordination, adaptation and employees professional development. Natalia is engaged in the development of personnel management programs, including compensation policy, and of supporting vital office functions are also within her competence.
